Job Summary
Position Overview
MedAdvisorSolutions (MAS) is seeking apart-time Corporate Attorneyto support commercial operations contract drafting and negotiations. MAS operates in a highly regulatedpharmacy and healthcare environment. Experience in healthcare regulatory compliance andprivacy is a plus.
The ideal candidate is a licensed U.S. attorney with experience advising healthcare or life sciences companies who can operate pragmatically in a small-company environment and collaborate closely with outside regulatory counsel executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
3 years of experience practicing law with a strong focus on commercial contracts and healthcare or life sciences matters
Demonstrated experience advising on HIPAA PHI handling and healthcare privacy compliance
Strong understanding of contract structure legal terminology and risk mitigation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time (20 hours per week) capacity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
