Job Summary
Description
For repair shop
- Repairing of the field Return PCBs & Modules for DB/ENPP/ENPI mfg. Models. Do all Oracel transions
- Testing done which PCBs received form vender/004 organization for sale order or service support
- Responsible to close the Customer & office Property PCBs/Moduleswithin target dates as per the schedule issued to achieve the CIP & Objective.
- Technical support
- Analysis to be done on the defective PCBs / System which are repeated in nature. Mail to be generated with the history details & forwarded to all concern to avoid the further failures. List down all such failures.
- Submit the failed components to IQC which are found failed during INPROCESS REPAIRING ACTIVITY especially in case of under warranty UPS Systems.
- Responsible analysis on the PCBs which are not worked at site after repairs.
- Visiting breakdown calls across the India as & when failure occurs & for the Modifications purpose if required.
- Responsible to verify the communication of the all PCs with respective testing tables.
- Review on cal due equipments like soldering ironOscilloscope digital meters & problematic equipments.
- Maintain the 5S Environment
