Job Summary
- Conduct on-site installation commissioning and preventive maintenance of mechanical electrical and control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Prepare detailed field reports maintenance logs and technical documentation for all activities performed.
- Collaborate with project managers design engineers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols environmental regulations and company quality standards at all times.
- Provide technical support and training to client personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Perform site surveys and feasibility assessments to support project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service teams for timely delivery and replacement of spare parts and components.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- 25 years of proven experience in field engineering preferably in industrial manufacturing or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs SCADA systems instrumentation and control devices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings schematics and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work in challenging outdoor and industrial conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with MS Office ERP systems and field service management tools is a plus.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
