Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients qualifying leads scheduling meetings for the sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits and networking.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to promote digital marketing services.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain accurate records of meetings leads and sales activities.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in a digital marketing agency advertising agency or related service-based industry.
Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
Understanding of SEO Google Ads Social Media Marketing Website Development and Branding services.
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
Proficiency in English Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
Must be comfortable with local travel for client meetings.
