Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Engage with founders and leadership teams of funded startups.
Structure and execute debt financing deals.
Conduct credit and financial analysis of startups and businesses.
Evaluate investment opportunities and risk profiles.
Build and maintain relationships with founders investors banks and financial institutions.
Monitor market trends startup ecosystem developments and global financial markets.
Support deal sourcing due diligence and transaction execution.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field.

23 years of relevant work experience.

CFA (Level 1 or above) is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.

Excellent communication networking and relationship-building skills.

Deep interest in the Indian startup ecosystem and venture funding landscape.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.

Strong analytical negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of global markets and business trends.

Required Skills:

Qualification: MBA/PGDM from reputed B-school. Experience: 20 years in corporate sales institutional leasing or real estate investment. Requirements: Proven success in closing large deals and strong industry networks. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
