As a Field Care Supervisor you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and supporting our team of Care Professionals.

Your Role:

• Client Support & Quality Assurance
• Conduct care reviews and update client support plans.
• Perform client quality assessments (QAs) to maintain high standards.
• Ensure all care plans are accurate up to date and digitally managed.
• Maintain detailed client and Care Professional records.
• Carry out client introductions to ensure continuity of care.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families and professionals.
• Staff Supervision & Development
• Conduct regular supervisions and support visits with Care Professionals.
• Mentor and support Care Professionals to excel in their roles.
• Provide training and guidance on using digital care management technology.
• Operational Support & Leadership
• Assist the Client Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in on-call duties as required ensuring ongoing support.
• Take proactive steps to continuously improve client experiences.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience in the care sector delivering a range of personal care services.
• Knowledge of MAR sheets and medication administration in a supervisory role.
• A commitment to high-quality care supporting clients to maintain independence.
• Understanding of health and social care regulations and legislation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confidence in using care management technology and training others.
• Strong organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a fully insured car.
• The right to live and work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
• Prior care experience 
• Ideally NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent).
