As a Field Care Supervisor you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards and supporting our team of Care Professionals.
Your Role:
- Client Support & Quality Assurance
- Conduct care reviews and update client support plans.
- Perform client quality assessments (QAs) to maintain high standards.
- Ensure all care plans are accurate up to date and digitally managed.
- Maintain detailed client and Care Professional records.
- Carry out client introductions to ensure continuity of care.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families and professionals.
- Staff Supervision & Development
- Conduct regular supervisions and support visits with Care Professionals.
- Mentor and support Care Professionals to excel in their roles.
- Provide training and guidance on using digital care management technology.
- Operational Support & Leadership
- Assist the Client Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in on-call duties as required ensuring ongoing support.
- Take proactive steps to continuously improve client experiences.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in the care sector delivering a range of personal care services.
- Knowledge of MAR sheets and medication administration in a supervisory role.
- A commitment to high-quality care supporting clients to maintain independence.
- Understanding of health and social care regulations and legislation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confidence in using care management technology and training others.
- Strong organisational skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a fully insured car.
- The right to live and work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship).
- Prior care experience
- Ideally NVQ Level 2 or above (or equivalent).
