This is a Customer Operations role supporting the NA Market. Customer facing role accountable for backlog management to support customer requirements and enable HPs financialobjectives. We put the customers experience at the center of everything we do.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a first point of contact forsolvinganddeliveringsolutions tocustomerinquiries.

  • Responsiblefor managing the backlog through digital toolsand trackend-to-endprocess

  • Communicates order status and process improvement opportunities.

  • Engages anddrives conversationswith internal teamsand external customer to solve business process issues

  • Provide data-based solutions and recommendations to drive business decisions.

  • Contributes toefforts tooptimizecurrent processes often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities.

  • Accountable for driving cross-functional metric actions and Increase Total Customer Experience (Speed Predictability). Shipped Not Invoiced Frictionless Disputes etc.

  • Complies withall HP regulatory policies

  • Influenceprocessesand teamsto accelerate cash flow(SNI SIP)

  • Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 2-4 years of related experience (e.g. supply chain customer service procurementfinancial management).

  • Knowledge and Skills:

  • Self-drivenmindset

  • Strong and assertive communication skills with ability to convey impact messages clearly (verbal and written)

  • Mastery in English

  • Problem-solving with analytical mindset

  • Efficient time management and clear prioritization structure

  • S4-SAP OrderToCashprocessesknowledge are preferred

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.)

  • Emotional intelligence growthmindsetand resiliency

  • Strong teamwork
