Project Engineer Plant D

• Lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through implementation and production release.
• Develop project plans schedules milestones and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify communicate and mitigate risks.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer activities.
• Coordinate engineering changes process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality safety regulatory and company standards.
• Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation reports and technical records.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating engineering manufacturing or operational projects.
• Strong project management organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office project management tools and ERP/MRP systems.

• Manufacturing or industrial environments.
• New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer projects.
• Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience with engineering change management and product lifecycle processes.
• PMP CAPM Agile or related project management certifications are a plus.
