Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through implementation and production release.
- Develop project plans schedules milestones and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify communicate and mitigate risks.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer activities.
- Coordinate engineering changes process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality safety regulatory and company standards.
- Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation reports and technical records.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience leading or coordinating engineering manufacturing or operational projects.
- Strong project management organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office project management tools and ERP/MRP systems.
- Manufacturing or industrial environments.
- New Product Introduction (NPDI) and product transfer projects.
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with engineering change management and product lifecycle processes.
- PMP CAPM Agile or related project management certifications are a plus.
