Thalle Construction Co. Inc. (Thalle) is currently seeking a Compliance Administrative Assistant. This position is located out of our office in Hillsborough North Carolina.

Job Title: Compliance Administrative Assistant
Salary: Competitive compensation package based on experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for tracking and processing POs COs and Subcontracts for multiple large-sized construction projects including day-to-day interface with project management teams clients and vendor/subcontractor personnel. This position will also assist the Small Business Departmental Liaison with management of small business vendor database.
- Generate and review project assigned Purchase Orders.
- Generate and review Change Orders.
- Generate Subcontracts and review of terms and conditions.
- Enter data into Vista Viewpoint construction accounting system.
- Tracking and ensuring vendor compliance with Certificates of Insurance and W9s.
- Tracking and ensuring vendor compliance with Vendor / Subcontractor Size Self-Certification Form.
- Consistent and professional contact with vendors subcontractors project and office co-workers.
- Assist and support Compliance Officer with administrative duties.
- Perform other related activities and duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience compliance preferred.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint and internet navigation required.
- Conduct business with 100% integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task work well under pressure and work independently.
- Time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to build strong working relationships with teammates and other staff members.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
