P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $43.35-$47.63 per hour (with some flexibility)

Work Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday no weekend rotation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical function and mobility. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

- Administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and modalities to improve patients strength range of motion and function

- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention home exercise programs and proper body mechanics

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
