Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support daily operations for our client a well-established independent insurance agency. This role involves assisting clients answering phones managing administrative tasks and supporting agents to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients in person and handle incoming phone calls and emails
Provide basic information about insurance policies and services
Maintain and organize client records and files
Process payments and issue receipts
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
Support agents as necessary
Ensure office supplies are stocked and workspace is organized
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)
Previous office administrative or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office email data entry)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a small office environment
Compensation & Schedule:
$23-$25 per hour (Part-Time) Temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
