Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support daily operations for our client a well-established independent insurance agency. This role involves assisting clients answering phones managing administrative tasks and supporting agents to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in person and handle incoming phone calls and emails
- Provide basic information about insurance policies and services
- Maintain and organize client records and files
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Support agents as necessary
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and workspace is organized
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous office administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office email data entry)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a small office environment
Compensation & Schedule:
- $23-$25 per hour (Part-Time) Temporary opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
