Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver and install equipment at customer locations
- Set up and test equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Educate customers on safe and correct equipment usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Provide in-person customer support with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams for service and support needs
Minimum Requirements / Skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
