Job Summary

Manages and processes documentation to ensure accurate billing compliance and timely service delivery. Responsible for collecting verifying and maintaining clinical and administrative records while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports operational efficiency and ensures adherence to regulatory and organizational standards in a medical-related environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify required documents such as prescriptions clinical records and authorizations
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory and internal documentation standards
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in system databases
  • Monitor and track documentation for renewals and follow-ups
  • Run reports to ensure timely processing and completion of documentation
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to obtain necessary information
  • Support billing and reimbursement processes through proper documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
  • Participate in process improvement and training initiatives
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards
