The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO the Human Resources Manager is the sole HR practitioner in the business responsible for the full employee lifecycle across all centres. This is a handson broad generalist role that blends daytoday advisory work with longerterm improvements to systems processes and leadership capability.
You will work closely with centre managers and operational leaders providing clear practical guidance and ensuring the business remains compliant stable and wellsupported. The environment is fastpaced and operational with a strong emphasis on common sense responsiveness and commercial judgement.
This is not a role for someone who needs a large HR team around them it suits someone who enjoys autonomy can selfdirect and is comfortable making decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday HR support across all centres including coaching managers on performance conduct and people leadership
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including contracts onboarding performance reviews and cyclical HR processes
- Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act NES and relevant Modern Awards
- Lead early intervention on ER matters and manage formal processes when required
- Own and manage Employment Hero driving adoption accuracy and continuous improvement
- Support workforce planning staffing levels and organisational structure
- Develop practical engagement retention and capabilitybuilding initiatives
- Partner with managers to maintain consistent standards and a highperforming culture
About You

- Organised responsive and able to manage competing priorities across sites
