Job Summary

This team is responsible for deployment and runtime systems CI/CD pipelines and the core infrastructure supporting a high-performance trading this role you will combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight to drive operational excellence across a global production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and develop a team of DevOps engineers fostering a culture of accountability high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Define and execute the DevOps strategy and technical roadmap ensuring system uptime scalability and performance across production environments.
  • Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast secure and reliable software delivery.
  • Drive automation across deployment workflows infrastructure provisioning and monitoring systems to improve efficiency and resilience.
  • Ensure production readiness for new systems features and infrastructure changes collaborating closely with engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee incident management processes leading response efforts and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Represent the DevOps function in cross-functional and leadership discussions aligning team priorities with broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10 years of experience in DevOps Systems Engineering Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a related discipline including experience leading technical teams.
  • Strong experience with modern deployment systems orchestration tools and CI/CD platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python Go and shell scripting.
  • Proven experience defining and managing SLAs/SLOs with a data-driven approach to reliability and performance improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead incident response in high-pressure environments and build resilient systems.
  • Experience with real-time or low-latency systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive collaboration.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
