Back Office Officer (On-Boarding)
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations.
- Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients ensuring timely and efficient account activation.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation.
- Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements providing guidance and support where needed.
- Accurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Generate regular reports on onboarding progress client issues and compliance concerns for management review.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
- Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
- Business level proficiency in English (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-Solving skills.
