Digital Support Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to work as a liaison between customers and technical teams to identify issues and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:

• Assists in formulating and defining project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

• Responsible for understanding the technology business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements.

• Works on solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

• Partners with stakeholders in order to elicit analyze communicate document and validate requirements for changes to business processes.

• Revises existing system difficulties as necessary.

• Ensures testing requirements are met.

• Documents business requirements.

• May specialize in: SAP/ERP Functional Global Business Office Tools Disaster Recovery Metrics Communication and Methodology.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business communications IT or similar

• 2 years of experience in IT

• Must have prior experience at an Ecolab location (contractor temp or employee

• 2 years experience working in customer service or help desk

• No immigration sponsorship is available for this role at this time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Office

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Self-motivated and process oriented
