We are looking for an Associate IT Support Specialist to join our this role you will help improve the productivity of CoStar Group employees by being the single point of contact for information and problem resolution. This isaccomplishedby diagnosing and resolving problems with hardware third-party and proprietary software LANs and servers ina timelyand professional manner via telephone email remote tools and hands-on support. Great customer service should be your motto by being a self-starter problemsolverand excellent communicator. This position is Tier 1 IT technical support with opportunities to move up in our quickly growing company.

This position is located inRichmond VAand offers a schedule of 5 days onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidanceassistance coordination and follow up on client questions problems or malfunctions of all system applications and hardware and software installed andmaintainedby the company.

  • Participate in telephone support rotation providing support to users in offices across the US via remoteassistancetools

  • Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system

  • Inform management of potential problems andidentifiesproblem trends

  • Create andmaintaincomputer images

  • Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors keyboards printers hard drives etc.

  • Install configuremaintainand upgrade computer hardware and software.

  • Provide videoconference administration and support.

  • Any other duties and special projects as assigned

BasicQualifications

  • Bachelors Degreefrom an accredited not for profit in personuniversity or college.

  • 1yearof experience in Corporate IT or Service Desk.

  • Experience implementing TCP/IP at the workstation level

  • Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations Macs Active Directory Microsoft OfficeSuiteand Windows File Permissions.

  • Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50lbs

  • A track recordof commitment to prior employers

PreferredQualificationsandSkills

  • O365 Admin experience

  • Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPads iPhones etc.
