We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our Exterior Division. This role focuses on both insurance restoration and retail sales giving you multiple revenue streams and year-round earning potential.
Youll inspect properties meet with homeowners manage projects and close dealswhile leveraging company-provided leads and your own prospecting efforts.

Responsibilities
- Conduct exterior inspections (roofing siding windows and decks)
- Generate and close both insurance and retail sales
- Work with homeowners on storm damage claims and upgrades
- Manage jobs from inspection through project completion
- Build referral networks (realtors property managers etc.)
- Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
