What you will do
Support development and execution of risk-based inspection programs plans and tools
Assist with inspections field reviews walkthroughs and safety assessments
Identify hazards unsafe conditions and process gaps across operations and facilities
Document inspection findings observations and recommendations clearly and accurately
Maintain findings logs and corrective action tracking systems
Track action items monitor progress and escalate overdue or high-risk issues
Support verification and closure of corrective actions
Prepare inspection reports summaries and management briefings
Analyze inspection results to identify trends and recurring issues
Support audits compliance reviews and regulatory documentation
Coordinate with safety operations maintenance engineering and compliance teams
What you bring
5 plus years of experience in inspections safety compliance risk assessment or field audits
Experience in transit transportation construction infrastructure or other regulated environments
Experience documenting findings corrective actions and inspection results
Experience supporting audits or safety assurance programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to document clearly and professionally
Working knowledge of risk-based inspection hazard identification and corrective action tracking
Familiarity with OSHA FTA or similar safety frameworks
Nice to have
Experience supporting risk-based inspection programs in transit or similar environments
Experience with field safety reviews in active operations settings
Certifications such as ASP CSP CHST OHST SMS or similar
Experience developing inspection checklists trackers or dashboards
Experience supporting audit readiness and compliance reporting
