Role Overview

We are hiring an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing activity across multiple ecommerce brands.

This is a pure execution role not a strategy or planning position. You will work from clear direction provided by the marketing team and be responsible for ensuring campaigns content and storefront updates are executed accurately consistently and on time.

The ideal candidate is fast detail-oriented highly reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks across Shopify email SMS and social platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Email & SMS Marketing Execution (Klaviyo or similar)

  • Build and send email and SMS campaigns based on provided briefs
  • Execute automated flows and basic lifecycle campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are scheduled and launched accurately and on time
  • Implement copy and formatting as provided by the marketing team


Shopify Store Execution

  • Create and update product listings descriptions pricing and variants
  • Maintain collections merchandising and landing pages
  • Ensure all product and storefront updates are accurate and consistent
  • Support basic QA of Shopify storefronts


Social Media Execution

  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms
  • Format and adapt content for platform requirements
  • Maintain posting consistency across multiple accounts


Campaign Execution Support

  • Execute full campaign rollouts across email SMS Shopify and social
  • Follow structured briefs from the marketing team to bring campaigns live
  • Coordinate timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all execution touchpoints


Basic Creative Support

  • Make light edits to marketing assets (resizing formatting simple updates)
  • Use tools like Canva or basic Adobe suite as needed
  • Support simple visual adjustments for campaigns and product launches


What You Are NOT Responsible For

  • Defining marketing strategy or campaign direction
  • Creating brand positioning or messaging frameworks
  • Making performance budget or targeting decisions
  • Leading campaign planning or prioritization

You will be executing direction provided by the marketing and leadership team.


Required Hard Skills

  • 14 years experience in ecommerce marketing operations or similar execution role
  • Strong experience with Shopify (required)
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS platform (required)
  • Comfortable executing marketing copy across multiple channels
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow direction and execute without constant oversight


Soft Skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Fast and reliable executor
  • Strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks
  • Clear communicator in written and async environments
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities
  • Proactive in flagging issues or blockers


Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce or DTC brands
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics (CTR conversion rate etc.)
  • Experience working across multiple Shopify stores
