Job Summary

Job Description:

Maintain EBO-wise cash reconciliation and receivable tracking with regular follow-ups on a weekly and monthly basis.
Extract and analyse panel reports from POS systems payment gateways and credit card portals.
Validate sales data and ensure accurate accounting and posting in SAP.
Maintain a comprehensive EBO master database including commercials with mall management and franchisees agreement terms tenure and other key details.
Validate and book all EBO-related expenses in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain records of fixed assets assigned to each EBO.
Prepare and circulate monthly profitability reports such as EBO-wise SKU-wise and region-wise analysis
Conduct periodic visits to EBOs for physical verification of inventory.
Validate consolidate and circulate sales and expense trackers to management for review and decision-making.
