Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales
- Preference for candidates from solar electrical EPC or industrial/B2B sales background
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in solar sales can be considered
Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
- Identify and generate leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects across residential commercial and industrial segments
- Conduct client meetings presentations and site visits to understand energy requirements
- Educate customers on solar solutions system capacity financial benefits ROI and government subsidies
- Prepare and share proposals quotations and follow-ups to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Keep track of market trends competitor activities and new opportunities
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (Engineering / Electrical / Commerce preferred)
- Diploma holders with relevant experience can also apply
- Basic technical understanding of solar systems will be an advantage
