Job Summary

Job title: Patent Litigation ( MA NY DC CA) Partial Remote

Location: Boston MA

Salary:$235000 - $420000/year

What You Will Be Doing

Support and leadpatent litigation cases
Assist intrial preparation and execution
Participate inMarkman hearings (claim construction)
Conducttechnical analysis of patents & products
Managediscovery (documents strategy review)
Work closely withexpert witnesses
Conduct & defenddepositions
Draft:
- Pleadings
- Motions
- Legal briefs

Experience You Will Need

2 yearspatent litigation experience
JD or LLM fromABA-accredited law school
Licensed in one of:
- California
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Washington DC
Experience in:
- District Court and/orITC litigation
Background in:
- Tech (EE/CS)OR
- Life Sciences (Biology Biochem Immunology)
Strong writing communication and organization skills

Nice-to-Have:

ITC (International Trade Commission) experience
First-chair or strong trial exposure
Experience working with expert witnesses
Ability to handle complex high-stakes cases
Cross-functional collaboration experience
