Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Mission Recruiting is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney on behalf of a plaintiff-side employment litigation practice in Los Angeles.

This opportunity is designed for attorneys with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience who are ready to take meaningful ownership of cases while continuing to develop under experienced mentorship. Rather than managing a high-volume docket youll work on a controlled caseload that allows for thoughtful strategy client advocacy and high-quality legal work.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload
• Draft pleadings motions and discovery
• Conduct legal research and written advocacy
• Participate in depositions mediations hearings and court appearances
• Collaborate on litigation strategy
• Maintain consistent case activity and internal deadlines
• Work directly with clients throughout litigation

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Experience with motion practice depositions and hearings preferred
• Employment law experience preferred but not required
• Experience using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated interest in plaintiff-side advocacy

This is a fully in-office position that offers significant responsibility from day one without billable hour requirements allowing attorneys to focus on quality advocacy and meaningful client outcomes.

Salary Range: $125000 to $250000
