Pay: $20$25/hour (based on performance and reliability)
Schedule: Part-time to Full-time Primarily weekdays
Location: San Diego County (travel between job sites required)

Key Responsibilities
- Residential and move-in/move-out cleaning
- Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers
- Cleaning kitchens bathrooms floors and detailed surfaces
- Following SD Sparkles cleaning standards and checklists
- Working independently or collaboratively with a small team
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and structured checklists
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not requiredwe provide training for the right candidate
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the United States
