Project Controller
Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial health of projects by analysing costs revenue risk and pricing
- Monitor projects costing versus budget
- Develop project-specific cashflow with various stakeholders input
- Update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations project milestones and completion dates
- Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers vendors and subcontractors to ensure all project expenses are captured and properly recorded.
- Oversee of sub-contractors & clients progress claim
- Preparation Annual consolidated project financials
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Keen to learn possess positive attitude and able to work independently
