Director, Office Capital Markets & Investment Services
Job Summary
We seek to appoint an experienced and ambitious Director to build upon the market leading platform of Colliers Sydney CBD.
Supporting the Head of NSW this role focuses on shaping strategy accelerating success and strengthening Colliers market share in the Sydney CBD sub-$100m Commercial sales market by drawing on the scale depth and capability of the markets strongest national platform.
The Opportunity
As a senior figure within the Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team you will:
- Drive execution across campaigns transactions and client mandates in the Sydney CBD sub-$100m market.
- Build and deepen relationships with institutional corporate and private investors.
- Be a trusted advisor to key clients delivering strategic commercial advice across current and future portfolios.
- Contribute directly to revenue through individual production while lifting overall team performance.
- Represent Colliers through market leadership media engagement speaking opportunities and industry presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of NSW focusing on Sydney CBD sales sub-$100m.
- Identify lead and convert new business opportunities.
- Lead the delivery of highprofile campaigns submissions and transactions.
- Provide mentorship direction and visibility within the broader Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team.
- Ensure bestpractice systems brand compliance and execution excellence.
- Work collaboratively with other Colliers product lines to maximise referral opportunities.
- Remain at the forefront of market trends investor behaviour and regulatory change.
Qualifications :
You are a respected and commercially astute property professional with:
- A proven track record in commercial investment sales.
- Established relationships and a visible profile within the CRE market.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence align and inspire others.
- Experienced in dealing with institutional corporate and sophisticated investor clients.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- A current Real Estate License and relevant tertiary qualifications.
You may already be acting in a Director capacity presently alternatively you may be a high-performing Associate Director or Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role with scale and backing.
