Product Manager

Job Overview
This role is responsible for:
Building and driving a roadmap that delivers incremental value in the GenAI/Agent space within the Orchestrated Analytics or adjacent Life Sciences analytical platforms that leads to the achievement of well-defined business objectives
Developing strong relationships earning the trust and respect of both stakeholders and engineers.
Coordinating with business analysts and engineers to clarify product feature definitions with a keen sense of meeting user expectations
Contributing to product strategy and evaluating trade-offs based on a firm grasp of business and market pressures.

To do this candidates are expected to show proficiency in
Understanding market industry and customer requirements and translating those requirements into features functions and use cases.
Applying structured thinking including product frameworks or toolboxes to drive a product-led approach to prioritization and solutioning.
Performing thorough analysis of features to ensure the product is robust and well-supported in user flows.
Leading product discovery work to increase creativity in solutions alongside increased predictability and ROI for the development work done.
Supporting the creation of effective launch plans product marketing and product sales through clear coordination documentation and presentations.

Required Qualifications or Experience
Bachelors Degree Computer Science a related STEM field or equivalent analytical experience
Experience with the Life Sciences or Healthcare industry
Experience and knowledge of the development of software or applications
Experience with GenAI Agents or coding expertise is a plus
