Currently we are looking for Associate Director EUIT Product Management

accountable for driving the success and delivery of cross-functional finance transformation leveraging emerging technologies with a strong focus on AI to redefine and re-engineer end-to-end business processes across all Finance business functions: FP&A Business Partnering Global Specialty Finance GFS and GC Group Internal Audit (GIA) Investor Relations and Corporate Ventures.

The role creates a compelling cross-finance product vision and drives business value through emerging technology adoption. This position bridges Finance business operations ITwith internal global groups such as EAI and GBSand the external innovation ecosystem blending a product-focused approach with agile methods and structured change management to consistently deliver value and ensure that technology strategies match Finances strategicobjectives.

This role leads change for business process redefinition and re-engineering under the joint sponsorship of the IT Business Relationship Manager and the Senior VPs of each Finance area. It also supports and grows the AI Champion Community in Finance provides visibility on AI tools and emerging technology opportunities and manages relationships with external technology partners to create continuous innovation for Finance business processes.

You will lead the cross-finance emerging technology product portfolio working directly with AZ Senior Finance leaders our business relationship managers the AI ChampionCommunityand external innovation partners.

Typical Accountabilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Develop articulate and share a cross-finance emerging technology product vision strategy and roadmap aligning all Finance functions (FP&A Business Partnering Global Specialty Finance GFS and GC GIA Investor Relations Corporate Ventures) together with engineering design and business teams.
  • Business Process Re-engineering: Lead change for end-to-end business process redefinition and re-engineering across all Finance functions partnering with Senior VPs as sponsors and the IT BRM to drive adoption and value realisation.
  • Emerging Technology & AI Adoption: Provide visibility on AI tools and emerging technologies identify high-value use cases and serve as the primary product orchestrator for innovation delivery across Finance.
  • AI Champion Community: Support grow and energise the AI Champion Community in Finance scaling adoption sharing best practices and building cross-function capability.
  • External Partner Management: Manage relationships with external technology partners and the innovation ecosystem to source evaluate and bring in emerging capabilities that transform Finance business processes.
  • Product Backlog & Agile Delivery: Manage the cross-finance product backlog translate business needs into detailed requirements and prioritise features based on business value user feedback and technical feasibility applying agile methodologies for iterative improvement.
  • Financial Accountability: Be accountable for product finance including forecasting budget management and timely accruals.
  • KPIs & Value Realisation: Define and track Key Performance Indicators measuring both value and outcomes from process re-engineering and emerging tech investments aligned with each functions investment case.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact between Senior VPs of each Finance function the IT BRM and engineering/technical teams. Lead vendor management including negotiation of deliverables acceptance criteria and costs.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks (technical ethical AI market project) and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g. SOX data privacy emerging AI governance frameworks).

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders (including Senior VPs and C-level) and build cross-functional IT Product vision and roadmaps for finance transformation.
  • Extensive experience leading the delivery of medium to large-scale IT Products and programmes (USD 5M or teams >15) ideally spanning multiple business functions.
  • Proven accountability for IT Product finance including forecasting and timely accruals.
  • Hands-on practical experience both in leading product teams and in utilising modern tools and methodologies such as Agile.
  • Strong product-centric mindset with experience managing the product lifecycle (e.g. Concept to DevOps backlog prioritisation KPI analysis).
  • Background in Finance functions (FP&A Business Partnering GFS Internal Audit Investor Relations or similar) and/or finance process re-engineering and transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience applying emerging technologies especially Generative AI agentic AI and intelligent automation to enterprise business processes.
  • Experience building and leading communities of practice (e.g. AI Champions) across a large distributed enterprise.
  • Excellent communication negotiation change management and conflict resolution skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Strong external partner and vendor management capabilities including engagement with the innovation ecosystem.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data and user feedback to make decisions.
  • User Empathy: A customer-centric mindset.
