Business Analyst

Overview

Team main objective is to create added value for client customers through digital innovations and simplified customer-oriented service offerings and at the same time to improve efficiency of operation processes and increase sales potential (On- and Offline).

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and refining system requirements by conducting workshops with stakeholders and documenting user stories in Jira or Confluence.
• Creating visual system models including flowcharts sequence diagrams and use case.
• Translating business needs into clear actionable technical specifications managing the product backlog and task flow directly in Jira.
• Collaborating with developers and QA teams daily to clarify requirements participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like daily standups.
• Drafting and updating technical documentation including API specifications
• Validating developed features against the original business requirements and testing APIs using Postman to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Polish C2 English C1
• university degree in computer science business informatics engineering or a comparable field
• at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering business analysis or system analysis in complex IT environments
• in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams as well as confidence using tools such as Jira Confluence or similar tools for documentation and collaboration
• knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g. UML BPMN) and process analysis. IREB certification is an advantage
• ability to work independently set priorities and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones as well as occasional travel to workshops or other team locations
