Inventory Clerk 3

• Processing and data entry of inventory transactions such as work orders moves adjustments receipts teardowns restocks and audit forms.
• Investigating missing product and resolving discrepancies.
• Processing returns and damaged product.
• Help with physical inventories of cycle counts as needed.
• File maintenance of inventory records.
• Using a stock-picker forklift for various required inventory tasks.
• Following customer specific requirements .
• Adhering to facility recycling and material handling practices.
• Communicating with co-workers and supervision in a positive professional manner.
• Complying with all facility safety and work rules; including but not limited to security requirements and following proper procedures for accident/incident reporting emergency evacuation etc.
• Represent RR Donnelley Supply Chain Solutions in a professional manner.
• Identify when an error is presented and take appropriate actions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions for all tasks within the inventory department working with Inventory team and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Assist in development of training guide for new inventory team members.
• Certifying for forklift operation
• Cross-train in cycle counting
• Providing additional coverage support and guidance whem team supervisor is out-of-office.

The work environment is clean comfortable and climate controlled.  The shift is Monday through Friday from  6:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing inventory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
• Familiarity in Google workspace and platforms.
• Desire and ability to focus on postive teamwork; confidence to bring suggestions to leadership for review.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and utilize critical thinking skills to overcome challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $18.45 to $22.04 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include  overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
