Commis Demi Chef

Our Head Chef Ben is currently seeking a talented Commis / Demi Chef to join the team and create exceptional mouth-watering dishes. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking for a full-time role.

Your duties will include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes in line with recipes and presentation standards
• Working across hot sections including grill and pans
• Maintaining cleanliness organisation and food safety standards
• Supporting kitchen operations and assisting senior chefs
• Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef
• Experience in grill and pan sections
• Passion for food with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible rosters including evenings and weekends
