Job Summary

Reporting into the broader operations team you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining asset management systems supporting audits and ensuring all equipment meets regulatory and organisational standards. Youll work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to drive best practice in asset management and compliance.

Day to day!

  • Coordinate and maintain asset management systems and registers ensuring all data is accurate current and audit-ready
  • Support the rollout of asset strategies policies and procedures and conduct annual stock takes across all assets
  • Assist with lifecycle planning including condition assessments data analysis and capital planning inputs
  • Contribute to capital expenditure requests business cases and project documentation
  • Ensure all assets meet relevant standards policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate electrical testing and tagging of non-medical equipment ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Monitor compliance identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Support infection control by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Work closely with clinical sites and internal stakeholders to deliver effective asset management outcomes
  • Act as the go-to contact for asset-related queries providing clear guidance and timely support

Lets talk about you!

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in asset or equipment management ideally within a healthcare or similar environment. You bring strong organisational skills and are confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Youre an excellent communicator who can engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and you have a keen eye for detail particularly when it comes to data reporting and compliance. You have experience supporting audits reporting processes and capital planning activities. Ideally you also hold a qualification in Asset or Facilities Management Biomedical Engineering or a related field and have familiarity with asset management frameworks such as ISO 55000 along with exposure to procurement and contract management.
