Join our Queensland Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in influencing performance strengthening strategic partnerships and delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities.
Reporting to the State Manager you will provide leadership to ensure effective performance quality contract management administration and compliance and continuous improvement of our programs. Working closely with government agencies regulators funding bodies and sector partners you will help translate strategy into action while driving accountability service excellence and sustainable growth.

About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded professional who thrives on improving performance influencing outcomes and building trusted partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving program performance through data-led insights reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading risk compliance and governance activities to support strong operational outcomes.
- Managing contract performance and funding obligations to ensure accountability and value for money.
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with government regulators funding bodies and key stakeholders.
- Supporting strategic planning business improvement and organisational growth initiatives.
- Providing expert advice and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
About You
You are an experienced leader with a strong track record of improving performance managing stakeholder relationships and delivering outcomes in complex environments.
You will bring:
- Experience in a senior leadership operational management or advisory role.
- Demonstrated success working with government agencies regulators funding bodies or strategic partners.
- Strong capability in governance risk management compliance and contract management.
- The ability to analyse information identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement influencing and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative leadership style and a commitment to achieving positive community outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Qualifications in social housing community services business governance or a related discipline.
- Experience within community housing social services government or a related sector.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain satisfactory Police NDIS and Working with Children checks.
- Willingness to travel across Queensland as required.
