Job Summary
Objectives:
Take in charge of Global market access application and procedures to ensure the efficient business implementation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take in charge of GMA enquiries;
- Drive and manage international projects;
- In charge of IA system implementation and streamline the project process;
- Follow the evolution and new publication of standards provide timely information and correct version of standards decrees and directives
- Coordinate between clients and different certification bodies to implement and ensure the smooth approvals;
- Collect all related information about international approval and maintain the package of information source;
- Understand and interpret markings required by standards protocols directives;
- Establish the contact with international and European institutes of standardization and certification;
- Internal and external communication regarding new standards decrees and directives;
- Record track and report the project status and feedback timely;
- Working with team to drive profitable service;
- Information regarding international regulations according to clients request;
- Provide database of standards decrees and directives according to clients needs.
- Fully comply with the requirements of the Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics.

- Follow the company internal quality system and adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.
- Follow the company internal HSE system and adhere to BV CPS HSE requirements.
Skills and Requirements:
- Have good communication skills
- Initiative and independence
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines
- Proficiency with Windows Word & Excel
