Key Accountabilities:
GeneralAccountabilities
Build andmaintainengagement with Investigators other sitestaffincollaboration with other functions to ensure trial speed and effective start up conduct and close out.
Ability to manage studies and processes to agreed quality andtimelines.
Ability to proactively identify& mitigaterisks around study/site level in study execution.
Knowledge of the clinical development processunderstandconcepts and principles ofstudy design and application to manage and run studies.
Compliance with Parexel standards
Comply withrequiredtraining curriculum.
Completetimesheets accuratelyasrequired.
Submit expense reports asrequired.
UpdateCVasrequired.
Maintain a working knowledge of andcomply withParexel processes ICH-GCPs and other applicable requirements.
Previousexperience in scientific and/or regulatory medical writing.
Strong Communication Skills
Knowledge and Experience:
Keen problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Fluent in host country languagerequired.
At least 5 years in clinical practices
Education:
Minimum of BS/BA in a biomedical discipline or equivalent education/training isrequired
