We are seeking a warm professional and highly organised full-time Receptionist to join our team for a fixed-term agreement. This role is the first point of contact for our organisation and plays a critical role in shaping the experience of our clients families and staff.
You will be our director of first impressions. Every phone call every visitor every enquiry starts with you. Your ability to be personable supportive and approachable will set the tone for the quality of care we deliver.

About the role:
This is a front-of-house position with a strong focus on reception supported by a range of administrative responsibilities.

You will:
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls visitors and enquiries providing a welcoming calm and professional experience
- Manage a busy reception desk ensuring all communication is handled efficiently and directed appropriately
- Respond to phone email and walk-in enquiries with care clarity and attention to detail
- Support clients and families with general enquiries ensuring they feel heard supported and confident in our service
- Maintain a professional and well-presented reception environment at all times
- Coordinating and following up enquiries across internal systems
- Maintaining accurate records and notes across client and staff systems
- Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses or escalation
- Assisting with scheduling meeting coordination and general office organisation
- Supporting compliance processes and onboarding administration
- Entering invoices and remittances into systems for financial processing
- Assisting with monthly administrative tasks such as statement preparation
You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and understands the importance of first impressions. You bring a calm capable presence and can confidently manage a busy front desk while supporting a wider team.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in reception administration or a customer-facing role
- A friendly approachable and professional communication style
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail particularly with data entry and systems
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- A proactive and supportive approach to team environments
- This is not a technical finance role but it does require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering finance data.
What you will need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Recent criminal history check
- 2 experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector
