Key Responsibilities

• Install inspect maintain and repair commercial roofing systems
• Remove and replace old or damaged roofing materials
• Install a variety of roofing systems and materials (e.g. asphalt metal slate and specialty roofing systems)
• Measure cut shape and secure roofing materials to specification
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and job site safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and roofing requirements
• Maintain clean organized and safe job sites
• Collaborate with team members supervisors and contractors
• Communicate progress updates and report any job site concerns
• Protect customer property and maintain professional conduct on-site
• Perform additional roofing-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial roofing experience required
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation practices
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
• Ability to use roofing tools and equipment proficiently
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable punctual and team-oriented attitude
