The Role
Customer Care: Support Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries regarding orders payments deliveries and returns.
Platform Guidance: Help users navigate the e-commerce platform from account settings to promotional offers.
Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to tracking damaged goods or billing with a professional and helpful attitude.
Quality Assurance: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
What We Offer
Salary:Gross monthly (competitive for the Lisbon market).
Hours: 40 hours per week.
