Job Summary:
Were seeking a thoughtful confident and impactdriven Delivery Manager to lead meaningful outcomes within our Engage team at HUB24. This role offers genuine ownership from concept through to delivery partnering closely with people across technology product and the business to turn strategy into results that matter.Youll thrive here if you enjoy bringing people together navigating complexity with clarity and creating momentum through strong relationships and considered decisionmaking. Working on modern evolving technology in a fastpaced fintech environment youll play a key role in delivering solutions that help advisers support better financial outcomes for Australians.

Responsibilities:
- Take endtoend accountability for delivery outcomes across complex technology initiatives
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and business partners to shape achievable delivery plans
- Translate strategic goals into clear wellsequenced delivery roadmaps
- Facilitate open inclusive conversations to manage priorities risks and dependencies
- Provide calm confident leadership through change and ambiguity
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders fostering trust and shared understanding
- Support teams to maintain momentum while balancing quality scope and timelines
- Communicate progress insights and challenges with transparency and care
- Champion continuous improvement and delivery practices that enable sustainable success
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior Delivery Program or Technology Delivery role
- A proven ability to deliver complex initiatives from idea through to implementation
- Confidence leading delivery decisions and navigating competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach
- Comfort working in dynamic environments where requirements evolve
- Experience working with modern technology platforms and crossfunctional teams
- A valuesdriven mindset with a focus on outcomes people and longterm impact
- Exposure to financial services fintech or regulated environments (helpful but not essential)
