The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and personal assistance to the Chief People Officer (CPO).
Responsibilities:
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events including scheduling onsite and virtual meetings with multiple internal & external participants and booking conference rooms
- Arrange travels and accommodations for the CPO and team members
- Support HR budget management and control including purchase orders and expense reports (invoices and POs)
- Coordinate and prepare internal reports and presentations within the department and to management
- Lead and coordinate various projects within and outside the department
- Arrange and coordinate all HR departments social activities and events (offsite meetings holiday toasts birthdays volunteering etc.)
- Work closely with the Employee Experience manager in arranging site events for all employees in Israel
- Working closely with the Talent Management Learning and Development in arranging workshops and learning activities

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration of senior management
- Excellent level of English (reading writing and speaking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook Word PPT
- High attention to details and problem-solving orientation
- Resourceful fast learner and knows how to manage unexpected situations
- Service orientation and can do attitude with a high standard of ethics
- Strong ability to multitask prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent ability to work with multiple interfaces
