Job Summary
About the role:
Were looking for a proactive highly organized Executive Assistant to partner with Forters CTO and SVP of Business Development in a fast-paced global environment.
This role is a highly execution-focused Executive Assistant position centered on hands-on support leadership coordination and day-to-day operational excellence giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to Forters pace innovation and success.
This is a temporary part-time position based out of Tel Aviv. You will be expected to work half-days (20 hours per week) through January 2027.
What youll be doing:
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage complex fast-changing calendars ensuring our executives are where they need to be prepared and on time.
- Prepare and support the creation of documents reports and occasional presentations for leadership initiatives.
- Work closely with the CTOs direct reports (VP-level) to coordinate follow-ups and track action items from leadership meetings ensuring decisions are executed and progress is visible.
- Coordinate meetings workshops global events and cross-team projects from early planning to smooth delivery.
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics including flights hotels and itineraries.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper handling sensitive information with discretion and confidence.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels representing Forter with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist with operational needs including liaising with office management and vendors.
What youll need:
- 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior executives ideally in a fast-paced tech company.
- Excellent English both written and spoken and strong interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly when plans change.
- Initiative and follow-through in ensuring commitments are tracked and delivered.
- Comfort working across time zones with global stakeholders.
- A positive can-do attitude that makes people enjoy working with you.
