About the Role
Based in BYDs Melbourne office in Mulgrave this role will support our Network team with the Corporate Identity (CI) Management across our dealer network. On offer is a CI Management Specialist position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
Partner with the BYD CI Manager to enhance the development rollout and ongoing refinement of BYD Corporate Identity (CI) standards across the dealer network.
Work collaboratively with the BYD Head of Network Network Manager Regional Sales and Aftersales Managers and other key internal stakeholders to continuously evolve and strengthen CI standards guidelines and processes.
Provide expert input to the Network Manager to ensure all proposed new BYD dealership locations can meet the required CI standards and operational expectations.
Build strong working relationships with the nominated Architect offering guidance and support throughout the creation of new dealership concept packages to ensure full CI compliance and delivery within agreed timelines.
Review assess and evaluate all new dealership concept package submissions to ensure compliance with BYD CI requirements while supporting a premium and seamless customer experience journey.
Implement and manage BYD CI facility and process standards conducting regular audits to verify and maintain network-wide compliance.
Collaborate closely with dealers to develop corrective action plans that align with BYD CI standards and deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
Contribute to network development projects and undertake additional tasks that support the advancement consistency and expansion of BYD CI standards and processes
Key requirements:
Experience in dealer networks channel management or end to end customer experience environments ideally gained with an automotive OEM importer or major retail group.
Strong understanding of dealer network operations including the ability to establish CI standards assess performance and recommend effective corrective action plans.
Proven experience implementing and enforcing CI requirements and standards with the capability to balance compliance with mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
A logical thinker with resilience resourcefulness and a proactive mindset able to deliver strong results in a fastpaced and constantly evolving business environment.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively within a highperformance team setting.
