Job Summary

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence As a Customer Experience & Sales Support Specialist at Axpo Portugal you will play a key role in managing corporate client journeys ensuring smooth operations and enabling effective collaboration between clients Key Account Managers (KAMs) and internal teams. What you will do:

  • Accompany corporate clients throughout their lifecycle from sales acquisition and onboarding to ongoing operations.

  • Act as the central point of contact for operational and process-related topics ensuring effective coordination across internal teams.

  • Support the sales process in collaboration with KAMs by managing information documentation and process execution.

  • Optimize customer journeys ensuring clear and consistent communications aligned with Axpo standards.

  • Ensure proper customer onboarding meeting contractual operational legal and system requirements.

  • Monitor customer experience and operational performance identifying pain points risks and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with Operations Commercial IT and Finance teams to define and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Develop and maintain support tools (Excel Power BI automation solutions) to monitor customer lifecycle and create KPI dashboards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of end-to-end processes focusing on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering Information Systems or similar fields.

  • Professional experience in customer journey management customer operations or commercial process support; experience in the energy sector is a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (data analysis pivot tables automation) and good knowledge of Power BI (data modeling dashboard creation).

  • Exposure to process automation tools (e.g. VBA Power Automate) is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle and customer onboarding processes.

  • Fluent in Portuguese with a good command of English and Spanish.

  • Strong customer orientation communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Analytical structured and results-oriented with a high level of autonomy and organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
