Job Summary

Job Description:

Preparation of Monthly MIS for Management. Incl. Budget vs Actual; vs. previous year
Coordination with plant team for Deviation & control the cost
Preparation of monthly/Quarterly Capex for management.
Cost optimization initiatives include partnering for reductions/optimizations in plant costs (utilities repairs yield productivity and AMC etc.) and also partnering in other operational cost efficiency projects.
Analysis of Non-moving Slow moving & near expiry Inventory & also idle assets &
Action plan for reduction of Non-moving/near expiry Inventory.
Review of purchase orders & e the cost within the budget.
Preparation of Project code in ERP.
Review the plant operation process which impact financials and ensure all controls are in place.
Close coordination with IT/SAP team for automation of the process
Also review the new capex projects at a detailed level covering all aspects including subsidiary tax and operational efficiency
