Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote support this role you will interact with customers in real-time through chat to answer questions resolve issues and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Assist customers with orders account issues and general support
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Meet performance targets including response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
