Patent Agent – Wireless and AI Technologies

Dallas Texas / Various Locations

The team collaborates closely with innovators engineers and technology companies developing next-generation communication systems and advanced hardware platforms.

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
  

• Evaluate invention disclosures and assess patentability
  

• Draft claims and respond to USPTO Office Actions
  

• Conduct Examiner interviews
  

• Work directly with inventors and attorneys
  

• Assist with patent portfolio strategy and management
  

Experience in one or more of the following:

• 5G Wi-Fi and wireless communications
  

• Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning
  

• Processor and memory systems
  

• Image processing and computer vision
  

• RF front-end technologies
  

Preferred (not required): autonomous vehicles robotics natural language processing advanced wireless systems.

• High-level work with emerging technologies
  

• Direct inventor and client interaction
  

• Strong mentorship and collaborative IP culture
  

• Long-term career runway for Patent Agents
  

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering or a closely related field
  

• 2 years of patent prosecution experience
  

• Registered with the USPTO (or eligible to register)
  

• Strong academic credentials
  

Anticipated Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $140000 $215000 depending on experience and location.
