Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Lead implementation of Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud Discovery
Design and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM model
Define integration architecture (REST SOAP MID Server integrations)
Ensure data quality governance and CMDB health
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Drive best practices in ITOM CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture
Optimize performance and scalability of ServiceNow implementations
