ServiceNow S2P Developer

• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow and Development for 5-8 years.
• Implementation Skills of end to end SNOW Source-to-Pay (S2P ) Applications and 3rd party Integration with S2P process extensive experience in Flow Designer REST API Integration SNOW Scripting Business Rule Script Include UI Widget Service Portal
• Experience with web technologies such as Javascript XML HTML CSS AJAX web services and other similar technologies
• Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management.
• System integration such as web services REST APIs SOAP MID etc
• Writing various Server-side scripts like Script Includes Business Rules etc.
• Exposure to ServiceNow APM module
• Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications eg. Incident Management Catalog Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management Knowledge Management Asset management CMDB Service Requests and SLM
• Familiarity with User Interface design and User Experience concepts
• Content Management: developing ESS page
• UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists etc.
• Configured License Management module for necessary Compliance check.
• Used ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in Service Now
• Domain Separation and designing the Process and data flow within various domains
• Configuring complex reports

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Implementation and Configuration:Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific requirements of ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P).
2. Handson experience in Integration components REST API Integration hub Flow designer and Spoke and scope application development with 3^rd party integration Workday Integration for HR Profile .
3. Configure S2P functions like purchase orders receipts suppliers and payables invoices process in Source-to-Pay Operations
4. Source-to-Pay Operations integration with SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA .
5. Perform end-to-end invoice processing using workflows to identify and resolve exceptions obtain approvals and post the invoices into ERP Reporting dashboards
6. Send purchase orders receipts suppliers and payables invoices created inSource-to-Pay Operationsto 3^rd party System .
7. Process Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current S2P processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
8. Dependency Mapping:Establish and maintain solid dependencies within the S2P framework to ensure efficient and effective S2P process .
9. Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to S2P processes configurations and dependencies.
10. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S2P processes into existing workflows.
